The X-Ray is Wavy's initial strategic diagnosis. We analyse your entire digital presence, website, social media, SEO, communication, and positioning, and deliver a clear map of what's working, what's broken, and the 5 priority issues to fix in your business. We always start here because building before diagnosing is building blind. If you decide to move forward to The Build or The Direction, the X-Ray fee is fully credited to your next project.
It depends on the service. The X-Ray (strategic diagnosis) starts at €350 + VAT and is credited to your next project. The Build (visual identity and/or website) and The Direction (ongoing management and local SEO) are quoted individually after the X-Ray, based on your project's scope. The Direction has a recommended (not mandatory) minimum of 3 months on the entry plan or 6 months on advanced plans. We don't negotiate prices down, we adjust the scope to your reality. Wavy principle: transparency in every decision.
Yes. We work with businesses across Portugal through online meetings and remote management. Our focus for in-person visits is concentrated in West and Greater Lisbon, where Wavy is based, in Mafra, but our process is designed to guide you with the same clarity, even from a distance. Outside these regions? Take the quick test or book a 30-minute call and we'll figure out together if there's a fit.
The honest answer: it depends on your starting point and channel. With local SEO and social media management, the first signals usually appear between 60 and 90 days, not as "explosive results" but as consistent traction. Real conversions (sales, leads, a fuller calendar) typically begin between months 4 and 6. Anyone promising results in 30 days is selling a one-off campaign, not digital direction. Sustainable digital marketing takes time, which is exactly why we work with 3-to-6-month minimum commitments.
We don't work with lock-ins that trap you. We recommend an initial period of 3 months on the entry plan or 6 months on advanced plans, not to tie you to a contract, but because results in digital marketing need time to mature. The first 60 to 90 days are almost invisible; it's from month 4 or 6 that your investment starts to pay off. After that period, you're free to continue month by month or cancel with 30 days' notice. We stay because of the value we deliver, not because of a contract.
